Shipping within Australia
Orders are dispatched from the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria at a flat rate of $9.95
We usually ship within 1-2 working days. If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your order you will be advised.
We send your delivery by Australia Post. Upon dispatch you will be notified via email that your order has been sent and provided tracking information.
If you need to track your order you can do so at either www.auspost.com.au and enter your tracking # in the space provided.
We can ship Internationally (excluding furniture and large items). Please email us at sales@crawfordcotrading with your location details to receive a shipping quote.
**Crawford & Co. Trading takes no responsibility for Customs regulations in each country. It is up to the customer to be aware of, and abide by the customs rules and laws of the destination country. You may be asked by customs for a copy of your invoice please keep a copy.
- Goods are to be inspected immediately upon delivery. If goods arrive damaged or faulty, then a claim can be made but must be in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery.
- If goods are found to be damaged or faulty, then the goods may be returned and/or a replacement arranged if one is available at the time of the claim, a refund for the goods damaged will be provided.
- No goods can be returned without the prior written approval from Crawford & Co. Trading. The goods must be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- If you wish to exchange any goods then notification must be made in writing to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the goods. In this situation, the customer will need to pay all postage / delivery and handling costs involved in the returning and delivery of the new goods. No goods can be returned without the prior written approval from Crawford & Co. Trading.
